See a list of all the documents I have worked on

When exiting shadow mode it says files are in use, but I can't see any that are and presume it is refering to files within running background apps. I then get options to shut down or reboot (or cancel) at which point all changes are lost as expected. If I suspect I have changes that I want to keep I hit cancel then select the tab commit now. At this point I would like to see a list of files that I have used in the current sesion and be able to select them rather than having to remeber and search.
